'Somebody that I use to know' 54cm x 64cm

A Finalist piece in the Art to Art Unearthed Art Prize 2024, 'Somebody that I use to know' original still life mid century style piece. Using my found fabrics, pottery and plants, I create scenes that are reminiscent of times spent together or alone in solitude. I explore different compositions using colour, shape, and found objects to create form, light and shadow.

A mix of geometric and organic shaapes to create a lovely balanced piece. Great in a living space or bedroom. 

Somebody that I use to know, is currently on my wall at home and I absolutely love the way it looks with my mid century furniture. It is so calming and peaceful.
