Vanessa Maver is a Melbourne-based artist, designer and brand consultant. Inspired by nature, particularly botanicals and the beauty of everyday life, her paintings are an exploration of colour, shape and light. Capturing quiet, reflective moments and weaving together memories, experience and a sense of place, through her still life, abstracts and interior scenes.

Through her art and creative workshops, Vanessa shares her love of creativity with others, encouraging people to slow down, connect with their surroundings, and discover the simple joy of making. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where creativity can flourish, and where others can find their own sense of peace and inspiration.

 

Vanessa hosted and curated an exhibition of her latest collection with fellow artists Bree Morrison and Amy Compton at The Green Space in Mentone and has exhibited in many group shows around Australia. Named finalist in the Weswal Gallery Interiors Art Prize 2025 and 2024, finalist in the Art to Art Unearthed Art Prize 2024 and 2023 and awarded Director’s Choice Aspire Gallery 2022 and is represented by Art Lovers Australia, Collingwood VIC, and Aspire Gallery, Paddington QLD and retails her work in a number of homeware stores in NSW, QLD and Victoria.
